Here’s the drill:
Show up at your town’s location at 7:50AM stretch, meet a new friend or two, and hit the road at 8:00AM.
Our training season kicked off in February 2020 but following CDC guidelines we are MOVING FORWARD individually with our training indefinately. Our training will be maintenance based for April/May. After that we will begin to build back up to prepare for our revised race date on September 20th!

APRIL 11: 5 MILES / 2.5 MILES
APRIL 18: 6 MILES / 3 MILES
APRIL 25: 7 MILES / 3.5 MILES
MAY 2: 4 MILES / 2 MILES
MAY 9: 5 MILES / 2.5 MILES
MAY 16: 6 MILES / 3 MILES - VIRTUAL 5K AND 10K!
MAY 23: 7 MILES / 3.5 MILES
