Here’s the drill:

Show up at your town’s location, stretch, meet a new friend or two, and hit the road!

Training begins Saturday February 10th, 2018 and we will all follow the same schedule. If your town has made other arrangements they will communicate to you via the town’s Facebook group.

This schedule is for half marathon training; if you are training for the 10K simply cut the mileage in half!

2018 Training Schedule

February 10th: 3 miles

February 17th: 3 miles

February 24th: 4 miles

March 3rd: 5 miles

March 10th: 5 miles

March 17th: 6 miles

March 24th: 7 miles

March 31st: 8 miles

April 7th: 6 miles

April 14th: 9 miles

April 21st: 7 miles

April 28th: 9 miles

May 5th: 7 miles

May 12th: 10 miles

May 19th: 11 miles

May 26th: 8 miles

June 2nd: 13.1 mile or 10K race!
