Here’s the drill:

Show up at your town’s location, stretch, meet a new friend or two, and hit the road!

Summer training begins Saturday, June 23rd, 2018 and we will all follow the same schedule. This will be on a very informal basis, without coach leadership.

Our 2019 official training season will begin in February and we will plan to train for a local half marathon and 10K!

2018 Summer Training Schedule

June 23rd: 5 miles

June 30th: 6 miles

July 7th: 3 miles

July 14th: 4 miles

July 21st: 5 miles

July 28th: 6 miles

August 4th: 3 miles

August 11th: 4 miles

August 18th: 5 miles

August 25th: 6 miles
