Here’s the drill:

Show up at your town’s location, stretch, meet a new friend or two, and hit the road!

Our 2019 official training season will begin Saturday, February 9th and we will plan to train for a local half marathon and quarter marathon!

We will all follow the same schedule; if you are training for the quarter marathon, please cut the following mileage in half.

2019 Training Schedule

February 9th: 3 miles

February 16th: 4 miles

February 23rd: 4 miles

March 2nd: 5 miles

March 9th: 6 miles

March 16th: 7 miles

March 23rd: 8 miles

March 30th: 9 miles

April 6th: 6 miles

April 13th: 10 miles

April 20th: 11 miles

April 27th: 9 miles

May 4th: 7 miles

May 11th: 1/4 and 1/2 marathon
