Summer Training Schedule:

Summer training will be on a very informal basis, without coach leadership. YOU all know the drill: show up at your towns same location at 7:50, stretch, meet a new friend or 2 and hit the road.
EVERY TOWN can begin Saturday June 3rd and we will all follow the same schedule.

If your town has made other arrangements they will communicate to you via the facebook groups:

June 3 = 4 miles
June 10 = 5 miles
June 17 = 6 miles
June 24 = 7 miles
July 1 = 4 miles
July 8 = 5 miles
July 15 = 6 miles
July 22 = 7 miles
July 29 = 4 miles
Aug  5 = 5 miles
Aug 12 = 6 miles
Aug 19 = 7 miles
Aug 26 = 4 miles

You can continue to use the SAME maps/mileage for your town training.
So come out and walk/run over summer when you can!
