This is a Womens only event: $50 (same price for 13.1 or 10K)
Registration includes: En route fuel, post race food, finishers “medal” and a whole lot of fun!
Walkers and Runners - all paces welcome, ages 10 on up.

There is parking at Memorial Park but spaces fill up quickly, so we suggest you try to carpool or get dropped off. Overflow parking can be found at the Wilsonville library or at Rite Aid.
There is no packet pick-up for the QHR event. We simply ask that you check in by last name at the QHR Check-in table when you arrive at Memorial Park at 8:00AM. Only people who registered by 4/30/2017 will receive a QHR T-shirt. Nothing else is needed. ***Please allow time to pop your shirt in your car if you are not planning to wear it for the event***
Event start time is 9:00AM (for both 10K and 13.1) Please plan to check-in from 8:00-8:30AM.
Friends & Family
They are ALL welcome! Have them cheer along the course! They can celebrate as you cross the finish line! Have them join you for food at the end (the caterer will have a bit extra available for sale) if you would like. This day is about celebrating YOU!
There will be aid stations at mile 3/10, mile 4/9 mile 6/7.
Fuel water first aid at all 3 stations.
Public restrooms only at mile 4/9 and 6/7.
These stations will have water, electrolyte and a choice of fuel and smiling cheerleaders to encourage you along.
Each mile along the route will be clearly marked along with directional arrows but we advise you to familiarize yourself with the route prior to event day.

At 3.1 miles at the first aid station (Parkway Avenue and Boeckman Road) TURN AROUND & head back towards the finish line!
PLEASE make sure you follow mile signs 1,2 and 3 OUT, and follow mile signs 11 and 12 back. This way, you will cross the finish line the same as everyone else.
Your finisher’s medal, will get you the post event meal.
Note!!! We are unable to hold queen shirts/medals after the event--they must be claimed on the day of the race on May 20th by 2:00PM at the finish line.
